The room was clean but there was a significant roach problem.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient to explore the nearby attractions. We visited a couple of great restaurants and enjoyed some local parks. Keep in mind, the rooms might need more lighting for better atmosphere, but overall, it's a good base for group adventures. Bring your own pillows for extra comfort!
One downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, which made for a less comfortable night's sleep.

Loved our stay! The kids enjoyed splashing around in the outdoor pool while we kicked back in the lounge chairs, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty, but it didn’t ruin our family fun! 😊

The location was excellent, very close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which added to the positive experience. However, the room I stayed in had noticeable wear and tear, and some amenities could use updating. Furthermore, the noise from nearby traffic was quite disruptive during the night.

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western. The cleanliness of the room impressed me. Everything looked well-kept and tidy. The staff’s friendliness stood out. They were always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast options were quite good. I enjoyed the variety and the quality of food provided. The location suited me well since it was close to downtown Tuscaloosa. However, there were some downsides. I found the room a bit dark. More lighting would enhance the atmosphere. Also, the area outside the hotel could use a bit of maintenance to make it more inviting. Overall, it was a good experience despite the little issues.
